Refund Policy
All sales are final. No returns. No cancellations. No exchanges. Check the size chart on each respective product page to make sure you get the right size.
Shipping Details:
Please allow up to 2-4 weeks for your order to be delivered. This may be up to six weeks during the peak holiday season.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must contact us on the contact page within 2–3 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review your case and do our best to resolve the issue. Claims submitted after this window may not be accepted
Wrong Address
Please ensure to enter the correct and verified address when purchasing an item. We are unable to change the shipping address once an order has been submitted due to security reasons. If you provide the incorrect address and we ship to that address, you the customer, are responsible for any fee's that are associated with any redelivering.
